    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 極低温流体移送用の内管と、内管の外周に巻付けた積層
    断熱材と、内管との間に真空層を形成した外管と、保持
    リングに支持された棒状サポートを介して内管を外管と
    同心状態に保持した真空断熱配管において、前記棒状サ
    ポートの取付部に対応して内管の積層断熱材外側に補助
    短管を嵌挿し、　　てなることを特徴とする極低温配管
    の内管支持装置。
