置された防犯感知器は警備開始時、扉、窓が開放の状態
にるると″警報を発したままの状態”となり、上記警備
開始・解除キーをON(警戒)させることが出来ず、そ
の結果警備領域全域が無警備の状態となってしまうとい
う欠点があった。そこで、従来はこの種の誤操作警報を
防止する目的で、誤操作信号t−[’備センターへ送信
する等の工夫がなされてきたが、結局、利用者が上記警
備開始・解除キーをON動作させる前に開放状態におる
窓、扉を発見しなければならず、建物の間取シや防犯感
知器の位置に不案内なオリ用者はそのまま放置して退館
したり、警備センターに連絡しただけで退館する等のた
めに警備の空白を生じることがあった。また、退館が遅
くなる場合、警備開始・解除キーの操作を全く行わずに
退館するflJも多く、警備上の問題となっていた。
