子と並列に、消磁コイルの両端に正特性サーミスタより
なる２つの制御素子をそれぞれ接続した直列回路を接続
し、制御素子の一方と並列にスイッチを接続してなり、
前記加熱素子および面制御素子は、互いに熱結合される
とともに、２個の商用電源のうちの高圧用に設定され、
前記スイッチは、高圧用電源に接続された時に開離させ
