Conventionally known working caps are made of plain-woven wood cotton woven cloth with little air permeability, or synthetic resin films such as vinyl chloride that have no air permeability, and are sewn or high-frequency welded to cover the upper part of the head and ears. A bowl-shaped camp was formed to cover the periphery of the upper half of the head, and rubber thread or string was inserted or sewn into the edging around the entire lower edge of the camp, so the entire head of hair was Hair that falls out during drug manufacturing and food processing can get mixed into products, causing hygiene problems, and precision processing and electronic component processing. In addition, it is difficult to prevent accidents that may cause problems during processing, and the rubber thread or string attached to the bottom edge of the bowl-shaped cap tightens the head and forehead, causing unnecessary pressure on the worker. This often results in discomfort when used for long periods of time due to a feeling of discomfort or discomfort, and the poor ventilation of the fabric causes the head to become stuffy, making it uncomfortable and hindering work efficiency. On the other hand, according to the structure of the working cap of the present invention, the structure of the cap body completely covers almost the entire head, so there is no risk of hair falling into the room or scattering, and the part that tightens the forehead and head Since there are no rubber threads or strings attached to the cap, it does not cause any pressure, discomfort, or discomfort to the worker.Furthermore, the cap itself is made of woven or braided fabric made from highly breathable synthetic or natural fibers. Since cloth is used, discomfort caused by stuffiness on the head caused by wearing the cap can be prevented, and work in a clean room can be carried out smoothly while maintaining good work efficiency.

Example 1 In Fig. 1, A is a cap body made of a woven or braided fabric made of synthetic fibers or natural fibers that are highly breathable and do not allow hair to pass through, and the material is a synthetic material such as nylon or Tetron. fiber, chemical fibers such as rayon and acetate, monofilament of natural fibers such as cotton or hemp, braided fabrics such as tricot knitting (tricot half belongs to this category), mesh knitting, lace knitting, jersey knitting, etc. using thin twisted threads, Plain or woven fabrics such as cheesecloth, scrim, gauze, demité, lawn, marquisite, voile, chiffon sand, and rug are suitable, especially when required in drug manufacturing, food processing, chemical industry, etc. The material may be a synthetic resin film that has been subjected to a ventilation treatment that has high chemical resistance, or a thin woven fabric that has been given an air-permeable rubber coating. In the cap body A shown in FIG.
3 is a temporal cloth made by cutting out or gluing thin cloth into a ring to cover the temporal region 2'; The back of the head 3 of the present invention collectively refers to the face, both ears, sides of the head, and rear part excluding exposed parts
4 is a ■-shaped opening formed by the lower forehead edge 7 of the temporal region 2' (described later) and the cheek edge 8 of the occipital region 3' (described later), and 5 and 6 are The upper head fabric 1 and the temporal fabric 2 are sewn together, and the temporal fabric 2 and the occipital fabric 3 are sewn together, respectively, and the sewn parts 5 and 6 are sewn together using a chain stitch or the like to prevent the sewn parts 5 and 6 from fraying easily. 7 and 8 are the lower edge of the forehead of the temporal region 2' and the edge of the cheek of the occipital region 3', respectively, and instead of leaving the fabric cut, a fray-preventing process, such as overlock stitching, is applied to prevent the threads from fraying at both edges. It is better to handle it as follows.

The operation of the working cap of the present invention having the above configuration is as follows:
When workers wear this on their heads, they usually wear the cap body A.
Hold the area near the joint a between the left and right ends of the lower end 3'' and the lower end of the cheek edge 8 with your left and right thumbs and the remaining fingers, hold the cap body A upside down, and stretch the elastic body 9 to remove the lower end. Part 3
Most of the hair is removed by applying the lower edge 7 of the forehead to the lower part of the forehead and lowering both hands from the back of the head to the back of the neck to cover the upper and back of the head while widening the can be covered by the cap body A.

At that time, the upper part of the head 1' and the temporal region 2' cover the hair of the head without difficulty, and the back of the head 3' covers the entire area from the back of the head to the back of the neck, excluding the eyes, nose, mouth and part of the cheeks, and the left and right ears. If the hair at the combed-up part and the position of the lower edge 7 of the forehead are appropriately dimensioned, most of the hair on the head can be accommodated in the cap by covering up to the eyebrows. As mentioned above, the cap body A that covers the entire head has an elastic body 9 attached to the lower end 3'' of the rear head 3', so when the cap body A is worn, this elastic body 9 contracts and the back is slightly It is worn so that the hair at the back of the head is wrapped around the neck. The lower end of the cheek edges 8 at both left and right ends of the back of the head 3' and the vicinity of the joint a are pulled slightly backward by the contraction of the elastic member 9, and the cheeks and chin are pulled backwards. The lower part of the cap body A touches the lower part of the face, but the upper part of the lower forehead 7 exposes the front of the face and covers the other sides of the face, thereby preventing the hair from falling off. Since we use a tricot half material that does not allow hair to pass through as described above, even if hair falls out or breaks inside the cap, it will remain within the cap and will not fall out into the clean room. The fabric has good breathability, so the head and face will not get stuffy during work, which will impede work efficiency. It will not adversely affect the physiological functions of workers, such as sweating, and will not interfere with conventional cotton fabrics or vinyl chloride. Since it is extremely light in weight compared to a film cap, it does not cause any particular fatigue even if it is worn on the head for a long time.

Embodiment 2 The configuration shown in FIG. 2 is different from Embodiment 1 shown in FIG. The point is that it is attached only to the back of the head, rather than the entire lower end 3'' of ``.With this configuration, when worn by a woman with a particularly large amount of hair or a man with long hair, the elastic body 11 slightly contracts, causing the side of the head 2' to be worn. Since the upper part of the occiput 3' is pulled toward the forehead part B, bulky hair can be suppressed. In this case, if the elastic body 9 is attached to the entire lower end 3'' of the occiput 3' as shown in Fig. 1, the lower part of the forehead can be Due to the interaction with the stretchable body 11 of the edge 7, the lower half of the cheek edge 8 at both left and right ends of the occipital region 3' below the ears is drawn toward the occipital region, and as a result, the hair in the combed-up region may be exposed. Therefore, by attaching the elastic body 9 only to the back of the head as shown in FIG. 2, the cheek edge 8 can be maintained in a normal square shape. In addition, as a configuration to achieve this effect, instead of using a short elastic body as shown in Fig. 2, it is possible to attach a tape with a weak elasticity to the entire body, but this is due to the design of the elastic body 9 in Fig. 1. This matter is included in the embodiment of the present invention together with the configuration shown in FIG. The other structural functions described above are the same as those of the first embodiment.

Embodiment 3 What is shown in FIG. 3 is a mask piece that extends the lower half of the cheek edge 8 at both left and right ends of the back of the head 3' in Embodiment 1 in FIG. 1 to the center of the face to cover the end of the nose and lips. 12, 12 are attached, and when this configuration is adopted, the mask pieces are extended in the same shape from the left and right cheek edges 8, and the two are sutured at the center of the face to form the sutured portion 13. Alternatively, one of the left and right sides may be made shorter and the other longer, and the suture portion 13 may be provided at a location other than the center line of the face. According to this embodiment, the attachment of the cap main body A enables more complete coverage of hair, making it usable for workers with hair on their mouths and chins, as well as making it easier to use as a work cap with a mask by inserting gauze or the like between them. In either case, the fabric has good breathability, so there is no problem with the worker's breathing.

Embodiment 4 The one shown in FIG. 4 has a structure in which an engaging portion 14 is attached to the lower end portions of the left and right cheek edges 8 of Embodiment 1 in FIG. The structure may be a hook-type hook structure, a snap-type hook, or a button hook with a faucet on one side and a button on the other, and the engaging portions 14 are directly attached to the lower ends of the left and right cheek edges 8. Alternatively, the bottom edge of the fabric can be wrapped with thread, string, tape, etc.
If the stretchable body 9 attached to the lower end 3″ of the oversewn part or the occipital fabric 3 extends to the lower end of the cheek edge 8, sew it to the end of the stretchable body 9 or extend the stretchable tape 9. In these cases, after the cap body A is attached, the lower ends of the left and right cheek edges 8 are connected directly or via thread, string, tape, etc. with the engaging portion 14. By engaging with the occipital region 3', the contractile force of the elastic body 9 of the lower edge 3'' is applied to the engaging portion 14 on the front neck under the chin of the worker, so that the edge 8 of the cheek portion is moved approximately vertically. Since it can act as a downward pulling force, it is effective in preventing the cap from slipping during work, and at the same time, it can enhance the ability of the cap to lightly press bulky hair. However, at this time, care should be taken to avoid causing discomfort around the neck by adjusting the compressive force of the elastic body 9 and the compressive force around the neck due to engagement.

According to this configuration, the upper head becomes flatter compared to the configuration of Example 1 in which the upper head fabric 1 and the temporal area fabric 2 are cut separately and sewn together, but the fabric has high elasticity such as tricot half. If you use fabric, it will be able to withstand normal use even for people with fairly thick hair, and the simplified structure will reduce the number of man-hours and labor required for cutting and sewing, making the product easier to use. The price can be lowered.

As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the work cap of the present invention is lightweight, has good breathability, does not allow hair or loose hair to pass through, and does not put pressure on the periphery of the temporal region, especially the forehead, when worn. In addition, it sufficiently covers most of the hair on the head, and the elastic body allows it to adhere lightly to the cheek and neck areas, so any hair that falls out stays inside the cap, and there is little risk of it falling out into the clean room. Therefore, compared to conventional work caps that expose the ears and the lower part of the back of the head, this greatly contributes to preventing hair from interfering with work and damaging the product.

In addition, the sewing machines used to process the tricot half fabric and elastic body used are all conventionally known commercially available materials and processing machines, so the manufacturing price is also conventional as there is no need for special materials or special machines. There is no fear that it will be particularly expensive compared to known work caps, and the structure of the cap body can be made of fabric for the upper head, temporal region, and occipital region, or fabric for the upper temporal region, forehead region, and lateral occipital region. It can be formed by dividing the cap into pieces of fabric and suturing them as appropriate.Additionally, if necessary, a mask piece can be added and an engaging part can be added to completely cover the hair and prevent the cap from slipping or falling off. It is possible.
