  1. 框体１の円状室部２内に連続水受部３を周面にそなえた
    別車４を回転自由軸架し、該別車４の連続水受部３に框
    体１のノズル孔部５の噴射口６を臨ませ且つ框体１の円
    状室部２に連通する。吐出口部７と空気導入口部８を設
    け、゛負圧に基づいて、外気を円状室部２に吸引し円状
    室部２内にて水道水に空気混合を行なうことを特徴とす
    る装置。
