状端部５を有する把手４に、上顎アーム２の端部が嵌挿
止着される取付孔６と、下顎アーム１の端部が摺動自在
に嵌挿される案内孔７と、案内孔７に連なる下方開口溝
８を形成し、その下方開口溝８内に下顎アーム１とはリ
ンク９を介して連結した操作レバー１０を回動自在に枢
着し、かつ上顎アーム２の上方部分１１を左右何れか一
