First, let us explain the open storage case shown in Figs. 1 (a) and (b) and Fig. 2 (a) and (b). It is a refrigerated open showcase. Specifically, a compressor 4 is placed at the bottom of the showcase body 1, a condenser 2 is placed at the top, and a cooler 24 is placed inside, so that the inside of the showcase body 1 can be cooled. There is also a fan duct 9 above the condenser 2.
An air cooling blower 6 is opposed to the air cooling fan 6 via. By the way, when the showcase main body 1 is transported into a store through the loading port 16, the condenser 2 is constructed as shown in FIGS. 1(a) and 1('b). Liquid pipe 8
is meandering and flexible, and the rod-shaped body is attached with a thumb screw 15.

The present invention is a structure for air-conditioning a store using a showcase as described above. By the way, the store is shown in Figure 4.
It is as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. That is, ceiling wall 1
4 is provided with an opening 19 for positioning the condenser 2, and further provided with a first air conditioning opening 20 so as to communicate with the inside of the store. In addition, a second air conditioning opening 21 is bored in the side wall 22 facing the outside of the store, which communicates the outside with a space 26 surrounded by the ceiling wall 14 and the roof of the store auxiliary or the floor wall of the upper floor. At the same time, an intake opening 26 is provided at a position below the ceiling wall 14.

By the way, a duct plate 12 is arranged between the ceiling wall 14 of the store and the upper part of the showcase body 1, and an appropriate distance is maintained between the side wall 22 of the store and the back of the showcase body 1. However, a first air passage 25-1 and a second air passage 25-2 are formed from the upper side of the showcase body 1 to the back side.

With the above configuration, in the embodiment, the exhaust heat of the condenser 2 is used for heating during the winter. This will be explained in detail below with reference to FIGS. 4 and 7, but in general, a portion of the cold air flow from the cooler 24 leaks to the lower front of the showcase body 1, cooling the inside of the store. It is in.

Therefore, in winter, ventilation fans io and i1 are stopped and blower 1 is turned off.
Drive 6. In this way, the cold aisle accumulated in the front lower part of the showcase body 1 passes through the lower part of the showcase body 1 and cools the compressor 4. The hindlimb cold aisle is formed through the second and first air passages 25-2.25 formed from the back side to the upper side of the showcase body 1.
-1 to cool the condenser 2. The air heated by exchanging heat with the condenser 2 enters the space 26 in the attic and passes through the blower 16 to the first air conditioning opening 2 drilled in the ceiling wall 14.
It is blown out from 0 into the store and follows a circulation path as shown by the arrows below. As a result, the inside of the store is heated, reducing heating costs.

FIGS. 5 and 8 show the case where waste heat from the condenser 2 is treated during summer. As can be seen from these figures, in the summer, the operation of the blower 13 is stopped and the ventilation fans 10 and 11 are operated. In this way, the condenser 6 is cooled by the air introduced through the intake opening 26, and the exhaust heat is discharged by the ventilation fan 11 through the second air conditioning opening 21. Therefore, the exhaust heat from the condenser 2 can be processed without entering the store, so it does not become an air conditioning load, and cooling costs can be significantly reduced.

Next, in the middle period between summer and winter, as shown in FIG. A portion of the waste heat is taken into the store and the rest is discharged outside to provide appropriate heating. For this reason, ventilation fans 10.11 and blowers 16
Comfortable heating can be achieved by intermittent or controlling the rotation speed.

Although the above embodiments have been explained, the ventilation fan 10°110
Alternatively, a similar effect can be expected by providing a ventilation opening that does not create resistance to the air cooling blower 6, and the ventilation fan 11 can be mounted on the roof. Furthermore, even if the blower 16 is provided in the first air conditioning opening 20, the first air conditioning opening 2
This can be eliminated by selecting the capacity of the air cooling blower 6 to such an extent that warm air is blown out from zero.

Note that when the blower 16 is eliminated and air conditioning is performed using only the ventilation fan 10.11 as shown in FIG. 6, the air volume of the ventilation fan 10.11 is reduced by the air volume of the fan B. In this case, one way to maintain a constant temperature inside the store is to install a thermostat 1 temperature-sensing part 17, 18 in the store, and connect each thermostat to several ventilation fans and a number of ventilators. There is a way to link them individually. With this configuration, if the temperature inside the store has not reached the set temperature, air conditioning can be performed as shown in Figure 4, and if the temperature has reached the set temperature or higher, several ventilation fans will be activated, as shown in Figure 6. air conditioning. Furthermore, according to this configuration, when the outside temperature rises, the temperature-sensing part 1B of the thermostat linked to the remaining ventilation fans senses the temperature, so all ventilation fans are activated and all waste heat is discharged outdoors as shown in Figure 5. Air conditioning is available.

By the way, the temperature control method in the store described above is just one example; another method is to uniformly control the speed of all ventilation fans io and 1i and then stop them, thereby switching the air flow in six stages. . On the other hand, the air-cooled condenser 2 is not assembled into the showcase body 1 in advance, but is connected to the discharge pipe 7 and the liquid pipe 8 via a coupler (not shown) or the like when the showcase body 1 is installed. It's okay. With this configuration, the vertical moving device 5 becomes unnecessary.

As described above, according to the present invention, the exhaust heat of the condenser can be used for heating in the winter, and in the summer, the exhaust heat is discharged outside the store, so it does not become a cooling load, making it an excellent air conditioner. It is something that
