半導体装置において、前記冷却用放熱板に段差を設け、
この段差によって形成される前記冷却用放熱板の高い位
置の平面に前記発光素子を、低い位置の平面に前記受光
素子を取り付けたことを特徴とする半導体装置。 （２）前記冷却用放熱板に設けた段差によって形成され
る高い位置の平面に対し、低い位置の平面が内側に傾斜
している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装
置。 （３）前記冷却用放熱板に設けた段差によって形成され
る高い位置の平面と、低い位置の平面とが互いに平行で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装置。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）冷却用放熱板上に発光素子と受光素子とを備える
    半導体装置において、前記冷却用放熱板に段差を設け、
    ′この段差によって形成される前記冷却用放熱板の高い
    位置の平面に前記発光素子を、低い位置の平面に前記受
    光素子を取り付けたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
  2. （２）前記冷却用放熱板に設けた段差によって形成され
    る高い位置の平面に対し、低い位置の平面が内側に傾斜
    している実用新案登録請求の範囲に第１項記載の半導体
    装置。
  3. （３）前記冷却用放熱板に設けた段差によって形成され
    る高い位置の平面と、低い位置の平面とが互いに平行で
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載に半導体装置。
