触する水又は水蒸気貯留槽、及び水蒸気吸収管から延設
される水分分析計へのガス供給流路を備えた水分分析計
用の標準ガス発生装置において、上記所定長の水蒸気吸
収管に少なくとも１つの分岐ガス供給流路を付設すると
共にこの分岐ガス供給流路と上記ガス供給流路との流路
切替え手段を設け、いずれかの流路を開放することによ
って水蒸気吸収管を通過する乾燥ガスの経路長を変化さ
せてその経路長比に対応する水分量を有する複数の標準
ガスを適宜発生しうるように構成してなる水分分析計較
