は、該変速レバーを後退走行位置に操作するとき前記連
動レバーに係合して昇降機構を苗植装置の上昇に切換−
るべく連動レバーを作動させるようにした連動片を設け
、且つ前記変速レバーを、これを後退走行位置に操作す
るとき連動片が連動レバーに係合する位置と、係合しな
い非保合の位置とに切換え可能に構成すると共に、この
変速レバーには、当該変速レバーを前記非保合の位置に
