第1図は本考案の一実施例である斜板圧縮機の縦断面図
である。第2図は第1図の圧縮機に取り付けられるハニ
カム部材の一部を拡大して示す正面図であり、第3図は

第4図および第5図はそれぞれ上記ハニカム部材に代え
て使用される各多孔部材の斜視図および正面図である。
第6図および第7図は本考案に係る圧縮機の吐出脈動を
記録した結果を示す図であり、第8図ないし第10図は
比較のために示す従来装置における吐出脈動を示す図で
ある。第11図は本考案に係る圧縮機と従来の圧縮機の
