This centralized true 7P cleaning equipment consists of a suction valve, piping, dust treatment device, blower, and exhaust duct.
In this centralized direct air ♂ I sweeping equipment, suction valves placed at various locations in the facility suck in dust of various sizes, from minute dust such as floating objects to fine dust such as welding layers. This dust-containing air is collected in one place by piping, and the dust is collected there by a dust treatment device such as a Zyclone.

A baffle plate is attached to the container to separate coarse dust from the dust-containing air, and a filter is attached to both sides of the baffle plate in the container to collect fine dust. This is achieved by a dust processing device which is equipped with a shaking mechanism to shake off the collected dust, and is further provided with a dust discharge damper below the front fte container to remove the dust.
以下、本発明を図示する実施例に基づいて説明する。 The present invention will be described below based on illustrated embodiments.

As shown in FIG. 3, this bag filter 9 has a hollow cylindrical shape with its upper part closed, and passes through the buckle plate 6.
The incoming dust-containing air is guided through the lower opening and is configured to collect fine dust on its inner circumferential wall. The upper end of this bag filter 9 is suspended from the disk 10 via the center 1f 49a, and the bag filter 9 is further suspended from the shaking machine (attached to the shaker 8) via the rod 10a of the disk 10.
