    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. オゾン発生器１１と水を供給するパイプ１６゜１７の間
    にエジェクター１４を介設したオゾン水供給装置１０と
    、オゾン水供給装置１０から供給されたオゾンを含んだ
    水５を貯蔵するタンク６および超音波発振器７若しくは
    低温加熱装置が内蔵され上方に庫内に向けられた吐出口
    ９が取付けられた加湿装置４とを具備してなる食品の保
    湿殺菌庫。
