Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）座板とその下部両端に固定しかつ相互に平行なコ
    の字型両脚とからなり、該コの字型膜は座板底面の中心
    に向かって各脚の座板に近接した支点によって倒すこと
    ができ、座板に固定味かつ該コの字面及び座板底面に平
    行なガイド杆がコイル状ばね及びそれを挾む２個のつま
    み板を貫通して摺動自在で属り、該２個のつまみ板それ
    ぞれに一端が固定し他端が自由である２個の直杆が前記
    ガイド杆に平行な一直線上にあり、該つまみ板をつまん
    でばねを圧縮し、声たは自由状態にするとき前記２個の
    直杆がそれぞれ両脚柱を外しまたは固定するようにした
    ことを特徴とする折りたたみ正座椅子。
  2. （２）前記第１項において、各コの字型膜のコの字面内
    にありかつ一直線上にあって相対する穴を各脚に設け、
    該ばねを自由状態にするとき該２個の直杆の自由端が前
    記穴に嵌入し、該ばねを圧縮するとき前記穴から外れる
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    折りたたみ正座椅子。
