    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートパックの上部中央に固定ヘッドレストを突設し、
    前記固定ヘッドレストの両側に可動−＼ラドレストを支
    持杆を介して前記シートパックの上部両側上に可動に突
    設するとともに、前記支持杆を介して前記両可動へット
    ルストの外端側を同時に前側へ動かして平面視傾斜状態
    にする駆動機構を、前記支持杆に関連させ前記シートパ
    ックの上部に装備したことを特徴とするヘッドレスト付
    シート。
