Claims

Two types of holes are provided in the rear of the housing 1 horizontally in parallel, and a torque limiter housing 7 with a shaft is rotatably inserted into the hole side. A gear 8 is fitted into the shaft so that it can rotate integrally, and a support shaft 9 is provided on the other hole side.
A gear 10 having a bearing mounted on its inner diameter is fitted onto the tip shaft of the housing 1 in a fixed manner so as to be able to rotate in conjunction with the gear 8 on one side. An intermediate boss 2 having an eccentric hole provided on the disk surface is rotatably fitted into the front hole of the intermediate boss 2, and the driving force from the torque limiter housing 7 side is transmitted to the outside through the eccentric hole of the intermediate boss 2. A gear 3 with a shaft for transmitting power to the input shaft is rotatably inserted into the shaft, and at the front end of the eccentric hole of the intermediate host 2, there is a spring with a handle 12 attached to the curved piece on the outside of the cylinder.
