PURPOSE:To provide a fumigating material ignitable extremely easily, and free from the problems of ignition failure caused by the degradation with time by moisture, by filling a fumigating chemicals in a container, placing ignition powder close to the chemicals, and using a piezoelectric device for the ignition of the powder. CONSTITUTION:The container 10 has double-walled side wall comprising the inner cylinder 12 and the outer cylinder 14 to prevent the direct conduction of the fumigation heat.
