Abstract

PURPOSE:To rake up large clump of dregs by increasing the pushing force of a rake to a screen by connecting a vertically movable wire rope to the rake in such a way as to provide a rising force and a turning force for the rake. CONSTITUTION:A waterway 13 is provided with a rake guide path 15 situated on the upstream sides on both ends of the widthwise direction of a screen 14 set transversely in the waterway 13 in parallel with the screen 14 and also with a rake 21 rotatably attached around the horizontal axile to the supporter 16 of the rake. A wire rope 43 is connected to the rake 21 in such a way as to provide a rising force and a turning force for the rake 21 when the vertically movable wire rope 43 is rolled up. When the rope 43 is rolled up, the rake 21 is pulled by the rope 43 and a rising force and a turning force toward the direction of A are given to the rake 21. The rake 21, thereby, is guided to the rake guide path 15 under the condition that a roller 27 attached to the tip of the rake 21 is strongly pushed on both ends in the widthwise direction of the screen 14. The rake 21 is then raised along the front face of the screen 14 and rakes up clumps of dregs arrested on the screen 14.

A wire rope type dust remover is known as one of the most popular methods for removing wrinkles by scraping up the residue collected on screens in waterways.
There is. As shown in the first section, this wire lobe type dust remover winds up a hoisting wire rope (1) and a closing wire rope (2) using a winding device (3) to create a rake (
4) C rise along 4th screen (5), rake (
4) to scrape up the residue collected on the screen (5), and as shown by the imaginary line, the rake is scraped up by reaching the upper bent part of the rake (4) or the rake guide path (6). (4) In a downward position, the waves on the rake (4) fall, but the chute (7) causes the discharge part (8
) (discharge section (8) consisting of a conveyor device, etc.)
is transported to a predetermined location.

After that, move the cylinder device (9), rotate the arm attached to the C1 opening/closing wire lobe (2J sheave 0υ) to the position of the temporary line, and put the rake (4) in the open position. Work out the wire ropes (1) and (2), lower the C rake (4) to the screen (5), and return the arm to the position shown by the solid line to close the rake (4). Then, similar operations are repeated to scrape up and discharge the residue. However, in such a conventional wire lobe type dust remover, the force pushing the rake (4) against the screen (5) is only the force of the vehicle force acting on the rake (4) in the direction perpendicular to the screen (5). Therefore, the problem was that the pressing force was weak and it was only possible to scrape up large scum.

That is, the wire lobe type dust remover according to the present invention includes a pair of rake guide paths that are approximately parallel to a screen disposed across a waterway and located at the upper end of the screen in the width direction; A rake support that is movable along a guide path and a rake that is rotatably attached to the rake support about a horizontal axis are provided, and one end of the rake has a wire wound around a winding device. Move the first end of the wire lobe from the winding 1 of this wire robe to the tip or the 6th screen side! I
When the wire robe is wound up and the rake is raised, a rotating force is applied to the rake to move the tip of the lobes toward the screen, causing the rake to rise. Since it is forcibly pressed against the screen, it is possible to obtain a sufficiently large pressing force, and even if the liquid is large, it will be scraped up to the surface of the river.

In the above configuration, when the electric motor is operated to wind up the lifting wire rope (goods) and the opening/closing wire rope, the rake t2v is led by the lifting wire rope, and the rising force and the arrow in Fig. 6 ( The rake (2) is firmly pressed against one end of the roller 41 attached to its tip or the width force II:lI of the screen θ~, and the rake (2) is placed in the rake guide path. (Guided by screen 11, it rises to the top of the screen, and is collected by the screen mouse, raising the residue hh. In this state, the opening wire lobe ■ is slightly +111i9) When the rake support OQ reaches the upper end of the rake guide path 0 tsubo, the rake Q turns into a facing position as shown by the imaginary line (a) in Figure 2, and the rake guide path is cleared at the discharge section 6J. The turtle mJlli cU is stopped and C1
When the piston rod of the cylinder device (G) is extended,
Arm ■ is at position iI of the imaginary line in Figure 2! -t, and as a result, the rake Qυ is pulled by the opening/closing wire lobe and takes an open position so that it is aligned with the imaginary line (0).Next, the inside of the turtle Ia is reversed. When the wire rope for lifting and lowering and the wire rope for opening/closing are let out, the rake clυ drops below its own weight with open effort. When the threshold is reached, the electric motor is stopped and the piston rod of the cylinder (iv!i) is retracted.

In the above embodiment, the other end of the elevating wire lobe is connected to the upper end of the rake eυ, and the elevating wire lobe is connected to the rake 31) through the sheave H4 so that the upper end of the rake 31) is approximately orthogonal to the screen θ. And for an example configured to loosen in the direction away from the screen a<, °U, f
As explained above, it is not necessary to do it this way, and in short, the rake can be tightened by winding the lowering wire rope.
The lifting wire rope Sakaki may be connected to the rake Qυ so that the lifting force and the turning force in the direction of the arrow in FIG.
