【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は産業廃棄物であるコンクリートアスファルト
廃材を溶解し再生させる機械に関するものである. 従来コンクリートアスファルト廃材は産業廃棄物として
捨てているのが大部分であった。一部は温水または蒸気
で解材しアスファルトと骨材とに分離し再利用する方法
があるが高額な設備費用と維持費が要るため限られた団
体等に利用されているにすぎない。今回発明したコンク
リートアスファルト廃材溶解再生機は、従来のスチーム
.温水による解材利用機と異なって.回転ドラムの中へ
コンクリートアスファルト合材(以下再生アスファルト
合材と呼ぶ)をいれドラムを回転させながら.ドラムの
中へ直火を吹き込み、直火をよけながら再生アスファル
ト合材を加熱溶解.ミキシングを行いとり出すものであ
る。これを図面によって説明する。第1図は本発明のコ
ンクリートアスファルト廃材再生機と付帯する設備とを
接続したプラントの側面図である.再生アスファルト合
材を1のホッパーに貯える。貯えられた再生アスファル
ト合材はフィーダー2を通して供給コンベヤ3へのる。

に回転させる.次にバーナーブロワ5を着火させ回転ド
ラム7の内部を加熱する.回転ドラム7が一定温度に上
昇したら投入シュート4から再生アスファルト合材23
を回転ドラム7の入口部へ入れる.入ってきた再生アス
ファルト合材は上部へ掻上げられる事なくスパイラル上
の羽根16によってドラム内部へ押し込まれる。本発明
のコンクリートアスファルト廃材溶解再生機はバーナー
ブロワの熱吸収を良くするために回転ドラム内に直火を
入れて行っているため.スパイラル状の羽根により送り
込まれた再生アスファルト合材23は 燃焼室26にお
いては掻上げる事なく回転しながら押し込まれる事によ
り回転ドラム7の下面左寄り(第4図B)自走する。自
走してC部に達した再生アスファルト合材23は.この
時点では溶解されていないたは粒粉状であるから、逆L
字型の先端につめをつけた掻上片17を4箇取付してあ
る。C部において掻上片17を4個にしてあるのは、C
部におけるスクリーン状の膜の密度をD部に較べて薄く
している。膜の密度が薄いとバーナーブロワの熱がD部
まで届き均一に加温できる。またC部最初のスクリーン
を濃くすると熱風のはね返りが発生し投入シュート4か
ら熱風が出るためC部のスクリーン密度を薄くしている
。また回転ドラム7内のスクリーン状の膜を均一にする
ため掻上片17,17,19,20の取付位置角度を横
一直線状にならない如く、角度をづらして取付けた。第
4図E,Fにおいては.再生アスファルト合材23に粘
性がでてくるため逆L字型のつめを取付けず.第4図C
,Dに較べて回転ドラムがまわった時上方において再生
アスファルト合材23が落ち易くなっている。E図はF
図に較べてスクリーン状(この所では棒状スクリーンと
なる)の密度が薄く.EFにおける再生アスファルト合
材23の受ける熱を均一化している。第4図Gにおいて
は.溶解して出てきた再生アスファルト合材を撹拌する
ために設けた金属片で原理を第6図において説明すると
.矢印が回転ドラムの回る方向で、点線の矢印が再生ア
スファルト合材の流れる方向である。21の金属片はド
ラムが回転する事により、再生アスファルト合材の流れ
を加速する如く働く.21より送られた再生アスファル
ト合材は.22により.流れを押し返す如く戻される。
