Abstract

PURPOSE:To strip an emulsion layer from paste board without wrinkling and deformation by heat sticking a laminating film to a printed photograh finished on the surface. CONSTITUTION:Laminating films 4 are heat stuck to a printed photograph 1, the four sides of the laminated photograph 1 are trimmed, and the laminated emulsion layer 2 is stripped from the phaste board 3. At that time, a pigment 3b applied to the surface of the original paste board 3a of the board 3 is also separated remaining on the reverse side of the emulsion layer 2, and proper opacity is imparted to the layer 2. The stripped layer 2 can maintain an extreme thinness of about 0.1mm. on the whole, and its surface is reinforced by laminating the film on one side. The layer 2 is prevented from wrinkling, deformation, deterioration of surface property caused by stripping, and it can be converted easily into various use objects, such as dummy, in a state of having beautiful surface finish unchanged from that before stripping it from the board 3.

Traditionally, photo h @ board and photo 1 ~ Kima? To make dummies for displays such as buses, design plates, and product samples, it was common to apply photographic technology to base materials such as glass or film. The finish quality of the photographic plates produced by this method was not entirely satisfactory. Therefore, a method (1) was proposed in which the emulsion layer of the printed image is peeled off from the mount of photographic paper and this emulsion layer is used. Peeling the emulsion layer from the mount is not always easy, as it causes bleeds and marks that reduce the surface quality of the emulsion layer, but now it is possible to easily peel the emulsion layer from the mount by selecting photographic paper. It became possible to

However, when choosing photographic paper, even though the emulsion layer can be easily peeled off from the mount, the emulsion layer is extremely thin, approximately 0.06 m x 7 m, so wrinkles, deformation, etc.
The finished melon is also poor due to poor surface nails, making conversion processing such as dummy making difficult. In addition, in the case of transparent 1; optical print 1 etc. using back illumination for displays, etc., a method of adhering a plate-shaped polyester etc. to the emulsion surface using a pressure roll and peeling off the emulsion layer from the mount in step 15 is also adopted. However, it is not always satisfactory due to uneven contact.)
1゜The present invention has been made to solve and overcome these drawbacks, and its structure is to heat-adhesively laminate a film to lamination 1 on a printed photograph, or to laminate printed 1 to 2 processed photographs. Layer the photographs back to back with the emulsion layer on the outside, use the emulsion layer on the front and back of the two stacked sheets, heat-adhesive laminate processing with Laminate 1 to film, and cut off the makeup on all sides of the heat-adhesive laminated photograph. Then, the emulsion layer peeling method involves peeling off the emulsion layer from the mount, and the peeled emulsion layer is processed from both sides again to form a plate-like laminated film into a heat-adhesive laminate 1. This is a method for producing dual-purpose pudding 1.

In the figure, the configuration in which two photographs 1.1 are stacked back to back with the emulsion layer 2.2 on the outside is achieved by laminating each photograph one by one.]
:The process is the same, and the amount of material used for lamination is the same, so it is more economical than the method shown in FIG. 1. If one photo is laminated on both sides, when the emulsion layer 2, which will be described later, is peeled off from the mount 3, the laminate film 4 on the back side, which is not emulsion WJ2, will be wasted (, 1, but
The method shown in FIG. 1 can also achieve the object of the present invention.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the heat-adhesive laminated photograph (L) is cut off on all four sides, and the laminated emulsion layer 2 is peeled off from the mount 3. At this time, the surface of the base paper 3a of the mount 3 is coated. The pigment (baryta) 3b is also peeled off while remaining attached to the back surface of the emulsion layer 2, giving the emulsion H2 appropriate opacity.

The emulsion layer 2, which has been laminated on one side and peeled off, is again laminated with a laminate film 5.5 on both sides by heat bonding. Originally, it was considered undesirable to cover laminate with laminate because it would easily peel off, but with thermal adhesive laminate, by adjusting the heat temperature and selecting the material, it is possible to prevent uneven adhesion and even improve transparency. It is possible without dropping. Also, depending on the thickness and type of film used for lamination, the range may vary from 0.2 i10+ to 0.4 m.
