[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a so-called droplet-type lattice-shaped filler that makes liquid droplets come into contact with gas.

Conventionally, as a lattice-shaped packing material used in gas-liquid contact devices, a rectangular lattice-like packing material in which vertical members T and horizontal members Y are arranged roughly, as shown in Fig. 5, or vertical members T and horizontal members Y as shown in Fig. 6, has been used. A square lattice structure in which the materials Y are combined in a square shape is used, but these have the following drawbacks.

That is, regardless of whether it is rectangular or square, since the grid portion is linear, the surface area that droplets hit is small, and the formation of droplets is not sufficiently achieved, resulting in poor gas-liquid contact efficiency.

そのため、例えば特開昭51−126970号公報に示

For this reason, for example, as shown in JP-A-51-126970, a filling material is constructed by making horizontal cuts in a flat plate and folding them alternately in a zigzag pattern to form a contact surface, and then assembling this into a frame plate. There are known products with enhanced gas-liquid contact effects.

しかしながら、この充填材においても、液摘接触面は各

However, even in this filling material, the contact efficiency is not sufficient because the liquid extraction contact surface is only one surface in each stage.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention uses a large number of vertical lattice materials whose contact surfaces are alternately bent in the horizontal plane, alternately inclined in the vertical direction, and vertically symmetrical about the horizontal central axis. This relates to a lattice-shaped packing material arranged in parallel, which increases the dispersion of droplets and the contact area of the droplets, thereby increasing the efficiency of gas-liquid contact.

以下、本考案を図面とともに更に詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

An example of bending in a curved shape is shown.

That is, in the present invention, a large number of vertical lattice members are arranged side by side, the contact surfaces of which are alternately bent in the horizontal plane and alternately inclined in the vertical direction, and which are vertically symmetrical about the horizontal central axis. Each stage has sloped surfaces in multiple directions, so the area that falling water droplets come into contact with increases significantly, resulting in more collisions of water droplets and further promoting the formation of droplets. The sloped surfaces also disrupt the gas flow. There are various advantages such as further increasing the efficiency of gas-liquid contact.
