前記外部通電端子と接続された通電部材を設けるととも
に、前記内部要素の軸方向−側端に、前記通電部材と嵌
合する電極部を設け、この電極部とこの電極部と対向す
る前記密閉容器内面間に弾性部材を配置したことを特徴
