測定するものにおいて、直線部と彎曲部を有する測定用
超電導線と、この超電導線に電流を通電するための定電
流電源と、前記超電導線の両端の電圧を検出し該検出電
圧を線形・非線形変換して実際の液体ヘリウムの液位に
対応した電圧信号として出力する変換器とから成ること
