Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）通水路を有するケーシングと、前記ケーシングに
    設けられた弁座と、前記弁座の上流側に位置しかつ前記
    弁座から一定の距離をおいて設けられた弾性板とを備え
    、前記弁座に設けられた複数の通水孔のうち中央部の通
    水孔に対向して前記弾性板を設ける構成とした流体流量
    制御装置。
  2. （２）弁座に突設された突出部に弾性板を挿通し保持す
    〜る構成とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流
    体流量制御装置。
  3. （３）弾性板の弁座取付孔をテーパ形状とした実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項記載の流体流量制御装置。
