Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）２個のピストンを同軸線上に対向配設し、両ピス
    トン間に各ピストンのそれぞれに連動して往復動作する
    ラックを互いに並行に配設し、これらラックを１個のピ
    ニオンに周方向同位置で噛合し、一方のピストンの駆動
    により対応するラックがピニオンを一方向側へ回転させ
    ると共に他方のピストンが対応するラックとピニオンと
    の噛合を介して従動するように構成してなるロータリー
    アクチュエータ。
  2. （２）シリンダカバーに、ピストンに当接して停止位置
    を調整するストッパーを設けてなる実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第（１）項記載のロータリーアクチュエータ。
  3. （３）　　一方の１ストンに対応するランクが並行な２
    本の条片からなり、他方のピストンに対応するラックが
    上記２本の条片間に挾まれるように配　　　−置した１
    本の条片からなる実用新案登録請求の−範囲第（１）項
    または第（２）項記載のロータリーアクチュエータ。
