Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which can easily adjust the amt. of a molten metal with high accuracy and good reproducibility by the constitution wherein the angle of inclination of a ladle is detected with a rotary encoder and a decoder and is compared with a set value and a motor for a ladle driving shaft is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The rotating angle of a driving shaft 3 is converted to a digital signal by a rotary encoder 5 and is fed to a decoder 6 to interpret in an automatic charger for a die casting machine which tilts a ladle 1 supported on an arm 2 via a chain 4 by the rotation of the shaft 3. The current value for the angle of inclination of the ladle 1 is indexed by the decoder and is outputted to a comparator 8. The comparator 8 is inputted with the set value for the inclination of angle from an input circuit 7 and compares the same with said current value. The signal corresponding to the difference thereof is fed to a motor control circuit 9 which controls the motor (not shown) for driving the shaft 3, thereby setting the position of the ladle 1 in either A or B.

The amount of molten metal supplied to die casting 1k is an important factor that affects the quality of the product. Conventionally, when adjusting the amount of molten metal, a cam is attached to the drive shaft that moves the ladle 11 (i), and the cam turns on the limit switch. -01j'F and tilt the ladle at the required angle (two inclines) to adjust the molten metal scooping dragon. However, with such conventional equipment, the amount of molten metal cannot be quantitatively grasped, so there is no reproducibility, and There is the inconvenience of having to move and adjust the cam or beam switch, and the adjustment itself is difficult and time-consuming, and the accuracy is poor.

In view of the inconvenience and drawback of the conventional device, the present invention solves the inconvenience and drawback of the conventional device by converting the amount of molten metal (amount of pumped up), that is, the angle of inclination of the ladle, into an electric signal and numerically controlling it. The purpose of this invention is to provide a hot water amount adjustment device that can be used to adjust the amount of hot water.

以下、本発明実施の一例を図面C二基づいて説明する。An example of implementing the present invention will be described below with reference to Drawing C2.
