とフレーム内周面とセンターポールとが同心状に配置さ
れており、少なくともコーンとキャップとが一体材で形
成されまたダンパーとボビンとが一体材で形成され、ボ
ビンとコーンとが接着剤または熱融着によって固着され
、ダンパーの外縁部をフレームに固着することによって
ボビンを、ヨークとセンターポールとの間のギャップ内
にヨークの内周面とセンターポールの外周面とに接触さ
