Abstract

PURPOSE:In a bracket for supporting tubular member of shock absorber by means of an annular section to be formed with arched sections in outside and inside bodies, to insert the tubular member smoothly without biting by enlarging the end section of arched section of outside body. CONSTITUTION:A bracket for fixing the tubular member 10 of shock absorber to the chassis is comprised of an outside body formed into U-shaped cross- section by means of a pair of foot sections 2, 3 projected in parallel from both ends of an arched section 1 and an inside body 8 formed into M-shaped cross- section by means of a pair of foot sections 6, 7 projected in parallel from both ends of an arched section 5. The tubular member 10 is supported by an annular section comprised of both arched sections 1, 5. Here an enlarged section 16 is provided at the upper end of circumferential central portion 1a of arch in said arched section 1 while an inclined face 16a is formed at the lower end. Consequently the tubular member 10 can be inserted smoothly without biting.

The cross section is formed into an M-shaped cross section by a 1 μm outer 1 body 4 formed in a letter shape, and a pair of parts 6.7 protruding approximately parallel to each other from the circular arc portion 5 and the circular arc portion 50. The inner 1h consists of 11 bodies 8, and the inner 11111 bodies 8 are the outer 11 bodies.
It is attached by welding 9...9 etc. between the 1141 parts 2.3 of the 111 body 4, and these outer body 40 arc-shaped part 1 and inner body 8
An annular portion for receiving the cylinder is formed using the arcuate portion 5, and the cylinder 10 of the shock absorber is inserted into the annular portion. Reference numeral 11 indicates a bolt hole provided in the leg. Figure 3 shows the state of attachment of the bracket to the vehicle body, and B indicates the bolt hole provided in the leg. 2, 3.
6.7 The axle 13vr is attached to the axle 13vr with bolts and nuts 12, etc., with the VC rotated in the outward direction of the left and right sides of the vehicle (outward direction of the vehicle width). Note that 14 is a brake hose, and 15 is a hose support that is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the bracket B in order to support the brake hose 14 along the outer circumferential surface of the bracket B.

4bis are formed, and the rib parts 4a and 4b form one outer body 4?
In addition to strengthening the ffA, the rib portion 4a at the upper end can be effectively used as a guide especially when inserting the 10 cylinders. The bracket with such a configuration is designed to prevent the brake hose 14 from interfering with the lip portion 4aK.

Therefore, for the above-mentioned car models that do not have enough space,
As shown in Figure 4.5, there is almost no interference with the brake hose 14! At the lower end of the 111 body 4, as before,
A bracket is used at the upper end of the outer body 4 where rib portions 4bv are formed but interference with the brake hose 14 is likely to occur, but a bracket is used which does not form rib portions 4a%', as shown in Fig. 1.2. Compared to the bracket v shown in the cylindrical body 10v

Reference numeral 17.13 denotes a non-enlarged diameter portion extending in the circumferential direction Vr from the enlarged diameter portion 16, and these non-enlarged diameter portions 17.18 are located on opposite surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and The cylindrical body 10'l is closely engaged with the force f applied in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle:
It is designed to firmly support the cylindrical body 1 and prevent it from being damaged. Note that 19 is a tapered enlarged diameter portion provided at the upper end of the arcuate portion 5 of the inner body 80, and the enlarged diameter portion 19, together with the enlarged diameter portion 16 of the outer 11111 body 4, has a larger diameter. This further facilitates the insertion of the cylinder 10.
It should be noted that the same parts as in the prior art are given the same reference numerals and redundant explanations will be omitted.

Above 1. As described above, the present invention includes: an outer body having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed by an arcuate portion and a pair of legs protruding substantially parallel from both ends of the arcuate portion; It consists of an inner body with an M-shaped cross section formed by a pair of legs protruding substantially parallel from both ends of an arcuate part, and the inner body is attached between the legs of the outer body. In this shock absorber, an annular part for receiving a cylinder is formed by the arc-shaped parts of the outer body and the inner 11 parts, and the cylinder of the shock absorber is inserted into the annular part to support it. In this bracket, the diameter of the upper end of the arcuate portion of the outer body in the circumferential direction of the arc is enlarged to facilitate insertion of the cylindrical force, resulting in the following effects.
