The present invention has been devised to correct the above-mentioned deficiencies, and is extremely effective due to the plate itself (only the plate) being a single component that can be removably attached to an article storage area such as a battery cover. The object of the present invention is to provide a device that can hold an article down and use a plate that is extremely easy to process.

As described above, the present invention includes a plate body which is detachably attached to the article storage section and is made of resin or a resin, and a sled that protrudes toward the inside of the article storage section is provided on the plate body.
Since the structure is designed to press down the items stored in the item storage section by utilizing the elastic effect of the warp of the plate, there is no need to attach a cushion like the battery cover in conventional battery storage devices. The object can be held down extremely effectively by the plate itself (only the plate), which is a single component.

Moreover, according to the present invention, at least one elongated hole is provided in the plate body along the direction of the warp, so that at least a pair of plate pieces divided by the elongated hole can bend independently of each other. Since the structure is a combination of warping and long holes, the elastic effect of the warping of the plate can be used to hold down multiple articles stored in the article storage section at the same time. Even if there are variations in height relative to each other, the plurality of articles can be held down independently and simultaneously by the plate pieces very reliably and simultaneously.
