Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）絶線基体の同−内に、１列に固定された４つの電
    極が少なくとも１組設けられており、この１列に配置さ
    れた４つの電極の少なくとも両端の電極が試料をつかむ
    ようにされ、残りの電極にその上方より絶縁板と重りに
    より荷重が加えられるようにされた導電率測定治具。
  2. （２）１列に配置された４つの電極のうち、試料をつか
    むようにされた電極以外の電極が上下に可動するように
    された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の導電率測定
    治具。
  3. （３）絶縁板が弾性体である実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項または第２項記載の導電率測定治具。
