らに該被測光体を透過した複数波長の夫々の光量に応竪
て前記受光光学系から夫々得られた電気信号間で補正を
行なって凝集粒子の吸収量を表わす信号を出力する補正
回路を具える粒子凝集パターンを複数波長で測光する装
置において、前記光路に前記凝集粒子による吸収量の異
なる複数の波長の光を時間順次に選択する波長選択手段
を設け、前記受光光学系に各波長の光に対し共通の唯一
個の光電変換素子を設け、さらに前記波長選択手段によ
る波長選択に同期して前記充電変換素子からの電気信号
から夫々の波長に対応した電気信号を分離して前記補正
回路に供給するための信号分離回路を設けたことを特徴
