Claims

A plunger is fitted into a sliding hole formed in the pump body so as to be able to move back and forth between a pump chamber and a rotating chamber, and an eccentric cam that rotates around an axis perpendicular to the axis of the plunger is provided in the rotating chamber. A spring is provided in the pump chamber to elastically bias the plunger toward the eccentric cam, and fluid is sucked in and discharged by a change in volume of the pump chamber corresponding to the reciprocation of the plunger.
