の充電完了を検出する手段と、所定周期のパルス信号を
計数し、上記充電完了検出手段から検出信号が出力され
る毎にリセットされる計数手段と、この計数手段の計数
値が所定設定値に達した際に上記２次電池の放電状態を
示す表示を行なう手段とを具備したことを特徴とする太
