従来印刷紙のインキ裏寫り防止のため、印刷工程の終り
で印刷紙1枚毎にパウダーを印刷面に噴射するが、その
方法として印刷桟より取出した同期信号をりミツトスイ
ツチ又は光電管とソレノイドバルブの組合せ、或いはカ
ムとエアーバルブの組合せ桟構に伝えて断続噴射するパ
ウダースプレー装置が附属されているが、近年印刷速度
が高速化し毎時15000枚にも及ぶ様になり上記の称
なカムとコロ桟構では完全は同期信号を伝達する事がむ
づかしくなり、又プランジヤー方式は往復運動であるた
め摺動部分の摩粍及バルブ開閉部での不完全閉路、或い
はソレノイドコイルの疲労による電気的故障等が度々発
