Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フレームに下面が開口した耐熱性の箱体を取付け、該箱
    体上面に、バーナユニット取付位置に対応するようにエ
    アーダクトを取付け、下面にはその大部を覆うように耐
    火性断熱材を張設し、前記したエアーダクトおよび断熱
    材にはバーナ取付穴、筒口取付穴がそれぞれ開口し、前
    記バーナ取付穴よりフランジにボスを介して取付けられ
    たバーナおよび点火器が挿着され、筒口取付穴と前記し
    たフランジに取付けられた鍔の双方に、エアーダクトを
    通して送られて来たエアを取込む一対の鍔間に複数の曲
    り羽根を所定角度ずつ位置をずらして取付けたエアー取
    入口を設けた円筒状の筒口金具を取着するとともに、こ
    の筒口金具の下部内周面に段差付リングを取付けて渦流
    拡散噴射部を構成し、前記バーナから出る火炎を渦流噴
    射することにより、この火炎を前記断熱材の下面に沿わ
    せて遠心力と負圧誘引効果に基づき平面的に広げて燃焼
    させるようにしたことを特徴とする超広角燃焼式油噴霧
    バーナ装置。
