Description
第１図は従来用いられているトーションバ一つき動力舵
取装置の断面図、第２図および第３図はそれぞれこの考
案による動力舵取装置の実施例のウオーム、トーション
バー、およびスタブシャフトを組立てる際の順序を示す
断面図である。 図中符号１はウオーム、２はトーションバー、３はスタ
ブシャフト、４および５はピンである。
取装置の断面図、第２図および第３図はそれぞれこの考
案による動力舵取装置の実施例のウオーム、トーション
バー、およびスタブシャフトを組立てる際の順序を示す
断面図である。 図中符号１はウオーム、２はトーションバー、３はスタ
ブシャフト、４および５はピンである。
Claims (1)
- 操舵力を調整するトーションバーが、軸心に貫通孔を有
し一端の内周面に回り止めを有するスタンプシャフトの
外周面が嵌合した舵取部材内に収納され、前記トーショ
ンバーの両端の外周面が、前記舵取部材の他端およびス
タブシャフトのそれぞれの内周面に嵌合して、それぞれ
外周面に埋設された固定部材によって固定され、かつ前
記固定部材のうちスタブシャフト側の固定部材の位置が
前記舵取部材内に位置するように形成された動力舵取装
置において、前記舵取部材の両端の内周面の直径を前記
貫通孔の直径より大径とし、かつ前記トーションバーの
外周面と嵌合する内周面の深さを、該内周面内において
前記トーションバーの外周面を移動し、前記スタブシャ
フト側の固定部材の埋設が前記舵取部材の外で実施可能
な深さに形成したことを特徴とするトーションバ一つき
動力舵取装置。
