In a porch roof unit for a unit house in which rainwater guide grooves are recessed in the upper surface of the eaves, the groove bottoms of the guide grooves located at a part of at least two corners of the unit are opened to serve as drainage ports; A drain connection tube is installed vertically within the thickness of the unit at each of the drain ports of the unit, and a first tube having a small diameter portion at the lower end and a second tube having an outward facing flange at the lower end. Prepare a separate drain pipe, open the bottom plate of a part of the corner corresponding to the location of the drainage system at the construction site, insert the drain pipe through this opening, and place the outward facing flange against the bottom plate.
