  1. ヒーター線を内装するガラス石英管の端部を絶縁硝子に
    穿設せる凹陥部て受容保持するものにおいて、前記絶縁
    硝子に形成した前記凹陥部の内周壁及び奥壁に跨がって
    ガラス繊維で形成せるガラステープを添着したことを特
    徴とするヒーター装置。
