Claims (1)
- 少なくとも一対の弁口を並設すると共にこの弁口を直列
接続するガス流路を一体成形し、かつ弁口の下方に一方
の弁口をバイパスするバイパス流路を一体成形した弁本
体と、この弁本体の上方に装着されかつ上記弁口を開閉
する弁体を駆動するコイルセットと、上記バイパス流路
内に着脱自在に挿入するオリフィスとを有し、このオリ
フィスの後部にコイルを固着しこのコイルにてオリフィ
スの固定並びに着脱を行なう事を特徴とするガス流量制
御装置。
