より、熱線に大電流を供給して熱線への付着物を定時的
に焼切るようにした熱線流量計の熱線付着物焼切り装置
において、焼切り信号発生回路と焼切り回路の信号入力
端子との間に抵抗とコンデンサからなる積分回路を接続
して構成し、焼切り信号出力時に熱線に流れる電流の立
ち上り及び立ち下りを緩やかに変化する特性に制御する
ようにしたことを特徴とする熱線流量計の熱線付着物焼
