記制御指令の導入が停止されたとき出力端子間の電圧レ
ベルを零に切換える電源装置と、この電源装置の出力端
子間に直列に接続された第1のコンデンサおよび被付勢
インダクタンス素子と、上記第1のコンデンサと前記電
源装置の出力端子との間に直列に介挿された抵抗素子お
よび上記電源装置の出力電圧に対して順方向のダイオー
ドと、このダイオードおよび上記抵抗素子および前記第
1のコンデンサからなる直列部分の両端間に前記電源装
置の出力電圧に対して順方向に接続された第1のサイリ
スタと、前記電源装置の出力電圧が前記第2のレベルに
上昇したとき前記第1のサイリスタをターンオンさせる
第1のゲート回路と、前記第1のコンデンサと前艷被付
勢インダクタンス素子との直列部分の両端間に上記第1
のコンシンサに蓄えられた電荷を上記被付勢インダクタ
ンス素子を介して放電させ得る極性に接続された第2の
サイリスタと、前記電源装置の出力によって充電される
