  1. 録音ヘッドまたは再生ヘッドより上流に設置されリーダ
    ーテープを検出するリーダーテープ検出手段と、録音回
    路または再生回路に設けられリーダーテープ検出手段の
    出力信号により制御される可変アッテネータとを備え、
    録音時または再生時に自動的にフエイドアウトを施すこ
    とを特徴とするテープレコーダー。
