Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve handling with a simple structure by installing the first terminal which presses the side wall of a battery and the second terminal which is in contact with the minus surface of the battery in a holder main body comprising an insulating material and inserting or taking off the battery from its opening. CONSTITUTION:A holder main body 3 comprising an insulating material consists of a plate 15 which face the minus surface 2a of a battery 1 and a circumference 16 which faces the side wall 2b of the battery 1 and a cut-off portion 18. The first terminal 5 comprising an elastic material and having a contact 7 curved in a bow shape is installed within the circumference 16 opposite to the cut-off portion 18. The second terminal 6 comprising a main plate 10, an extended strip 12, and contact strips 13a, 13b is installed in the plate 15. The button type battery 1 is inserted from the opening and brought into contact with terminals 5 and 6, and prevented its removal by flanges 23 and 24. Insertion or taking off of the battery is easy and its structure is simple and installation in a printing board can be made easily.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY AND PROBLEMS Conventionally, the battery holder of this building consists of a recess in which almost the entire battery is housed, and a lid body that covers this recess.
Therefore, when the lid is removed, the battery housed in the recess is naturally pulled out from the spring holder which also serves as a terminal, which has the disadvantage of causing the battery to fall out. Further, there has not been a battery holder that is configured so that it can be used as a standalone battery holder by being attached to another member, such as a printed wiring board, as it is.

Summary of the Invention The present invention includes a plate portion corresponding to one side of a disk-shaped battery;
A holder body made of an insulating material is provided, the holder body having a peripheral part corresponding to the surface of the battery, and a part corresponding to the other face of the battery being closed as an opening, and a notch formed in a part of the local part of the holder body. and has elasticity on the inner side of the circumference opposite to the notch to press the circumferential surface of the battery to be housed in the holder main body and press the battery toward the notch. A first terminal is arranged, a second terminal that contacts one side of the battery is arranged on the inner surface of the plate of the holder body, and a second terminal is arranged in the notch and in the vicinity of the first terminal, respectively. A battery holder provided with a blocking part that suppresses the other side of the battery to be housed in the holder body and prevents the battery from coming off from the opening, which is simple and easy to handle as a whole. It is characterized by

In addition, the electric holder (3) in this example can hold the battery (1),
It cannot be stored with the front and back reversed (10-back direction). That is, as shown in Figure 9, if you try to insert the battery in the opposite direction, the negative side of the battery (1) (usually one electrode, which is slightly protruding from the height of the circumferential surface (2b)) The rear flanges (24a) and (24h) of the battery holder (3) collide with the stepped portion formed by the outer surface (2a) and the peripheral surface (2b), which causes the battery to (1

10 to 13 show other embodiments, and parts corresponding to those of the above-described embodiments are given the same reference numerals and their explanations will be omitted. In this example, a contact portion (for both ends of the force) of the first terminal (5) is integrally formed with a battery restraining portion, that is, a portion corresponding to the rear flange portions (24a) and (24b) on the upper side. The rest of the configuration is almost the same.In this example, the plate portion u of the holder body (4)
A pair of arc-shaped engagers (28a) and (zsb) are attached to the bottom surface of the plate Q51, and the engagers are centered around the center of the plate Q51. The tip part for the same rotational direction is the plate part t+

9b) of the battery holder (3), the engager (28a) and (2)
After inserting the battery holder (8b), the battery holder (3) can be mechanically attached to the board (2) by rotating the battery holder (3) in the above-mentioned direction. In this example, Although the printed wiring is not shown, it is assumed that it is on the surface of the board (2 lines), and the first and second terminals (5) and (6) can be electrically connected to the printed wiring by soldering, etc. It is.

Effects of the Invention According to the battery holder of the present invention described above, there is no need to provide a lid as described at the beginning (the battery (1) can be easily attached and detached through the opening (17) of the battery holder (3). Moreover, since the battery (1) itself can be operated while being held between the fingertips, there is no risk of the battery (1) falling off, and it is easy to handle.

A holder main body made of an insulating material, which has a plate portion corresponding to one side of a disk-shaped battery, a peripheral portion corresponding to the surface of the battery, and an opening portion corresponding to the other side of the battery. A notch is formed in a part of the circumference of the holder body, and a side K on the inside of the circumference opposite to the notch is pressed against the circumferential surface of the battery to be housed in the holder body. A first terminal having elasticity that presses the battery in the direction of the notch is disposed, and a second terminal is disposed on the inner surface of the plate of the holder main body and contacts one side of the battery, and a second terminal is disposed in contact with one side of the battery. and a battery holder in the vicinity of the first terminal, each of which is provided with a blocking portion that suppresses the other surface of the battery to be housed in the holder body and prevents the battery from coming out of the opening.
