形成されたセンター軸と、センター軸とスプリング及び
中空軸が嵌入する環状穴が削成され前記環状穴にはセン
ター軸を包持するようにセンター軸スプリングが挿入さ
れ中空軸を摺動自在に所定の位置に押圧嵌合させ、保持
体に組込まれている。前述駆動円板のボビン挟持面中央
と突起と環状凹溝を設は前記環状凹溝内にボビン押スプ
リングをボビン挟持面よりわずかに突出して装着しボビ
ン挟持の際はボビンのフランジ面へ常に均一な所定の押
