Abstract

PURPOSE:To protect pipes and to prevent the floor surface from becoming uneven by a method wherein the floor heater having a radiator arranged under a floor material such as a carpet, surrounding members and a pipe protective member each of which has a thickness substantially equal to the thickness of the radiator are arranged around the radiator and the pipes are arranged in the floor through the pipe protective member. CONSTITUTION:The surrounding members 4 each having the same thickness as the floor material 1 are arranged around the floor radiator 1, the pipe protective member 7 having horizontal grooves 8 and a vertical hole 9 for piping is fitted in a clearance 6 between the surrounding members 4 and the pipes 3 are housed in the grooves 8 and the hole 9. With the above structure, the thickness of the floor becomes equal to that of the floor radiator 1 and the pipes 3 are embedded in the surrounding members 4 and the pipe protective member 7, to thereby protect the pipes and to prevent the floor surface from becoming undulated.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an indoor unit installation device for a floor heating system that performs heating by a radiator installed under a flooring material such as a carpet. This protects the connecting pipes and prevents the floor surface from becoming uneven.

Section 1 shows the installation status of the indoor unit of a conventional floor heating system.

In this figure, 1 is a floor radiator installed under flooring such as a car vent, 2 is an indoor unit with a built-in radiator and fan, 3 is a pipe connecting the floor radiator 1 and the indoor unit 2, and 4 is a floor radiator. A surrounding member 6 is a floor plate that fills the gap between the radiator 1 and the surroundings of the room, and a surrounding member 4 is used to pass the pipe 3 through.
It was necessary to provide a gap 6 between them.

When a flooring material such as carpair is laid on top of the above conventional installation condition, the gap 6 between the surrounding members 4 creates unevenness on the floor surface, causing discomfort. In addition, the top of the pipe 3 that connects the floor radiator 1 and the indoor unit 2 installed under the flooring material is made of only flooring material such as carpet, so if a large force is applied, the pipe 3 may be damaged and the inside of the pipe 3 may be damaged. This has the disadvantage that the medium flowing through it flows out.

The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional floor heating system described above, and aims to protect the piping connecting the floor radiator and the indoor unit, and prevents the floor surface from becoming uneven.

An indoor unit installation device for a floor heating system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the same members as those in the conventional example shown in FIGS.

The floor heater 1 is made up of a plurality of plate-like members, and a heat medium flow path is formed in each plate-like member. The heat medium may be hot water or a high-temperature refrigerant, but in this embodiment, a high-temperature refrigerant for a refrigeration cycle is used.

Therefore, the floorboard heater 1 acts as a condenser. Further, the indoor unit 2 houses a radiator and a fan through which a heat medium flows. In other words, like the floorboard heater 1, a radiator through which high-temperature refrigerant flows and a fan that sends air that has exchanged heat with the radiator into the room are housed. It is connected to a heat sink.

Next, the pipe protection member 7, which is a feature of the present invention, will be explained. This pipe protection member 7 is dimensioned to fit into the gap 6 between the surrounding members 4.degree. 4, and has a horizontal groove 8 and a vertical hole 9 as shown in FIG.

The horizontal groove 8 is a floor plate heater 1 installed under flooring material such as carpet.
The vertical hole 9 is a hole through which the rising portion of the pipe 3 is passed. Fig. 3 shows the installed state of the floor heating system when this pipe protection batt is used. In addition, the piping protection member 7
has approximately the same thickness dimension as the floor plate heater 1 and the surrounding member 4.

The pipe 3 that connects the floorboard heater 1 and the indoor unit 2 passes through the horizontal groove 8 of the pipe protection member 7 and rises from the vertical hole 9, so that the top of the pipe 3 is protected and is not yet on the floor. Does not create a difference in level.

Claims (1)

[Claims] A plate-shaped floor radiator laid on the floor of a building and a radiator provided in an indoor unit are connected via piping, and a surrounding member having approximately the same thickness as the floor radiator is provided around the floor radiator. A plurality of pipes are provided, a gap is provided between the surrounding members for the pipe to pass through, and the pipe is fitted into this gap.
