Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転する被加工物設置台上の中央に弾性板を介して被加
    工物を設置し、この被加工物の上面の半周部分に回転す
    る盤状の砥石の端面を当てて被加工物表面を平面加工す
    る平面加工装置において、上記砥石の被加工物と接触す
    る接触部に対向する裏面側を押圧する第１の押圧機構を
    設けるとともに、前記接触部と相対する被加工物の露出
    した半周上面を押圧する第２の押圧機構を設けたことを
    特徴とする平面加工装置。
