Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a camera that is loaded into the cartridge chamber by pushing the cartridge in the axial direction from the cartridge insertion opening opened in the camera body, the cartridge moves within the cartridge chamber by abutting a part of the cartridge,
a cartridge eject member capable of completely loading the cartridge into the cartridge chamber when in a first position and for ejecting at least a portion of the cartridge from the cartridge chamber when in a second position; a first spring member that biases the cartridge toward the second position; a locking portion that locks the protrusion of the cartridge eject member; and a locking portion that locks the cartridge eject member from the first position to the second position; and a non-locking part that allows the cartridge to be rotated, and when the cartridge eject member moves to the first position, the locking part
