A case body having an inlet at one end and an outlet at the other end, an impeller case provided in the case body and forming an inflow passage and an outflow passage between the peripheral wall of the case body, and the impeller case. a partition member provided between the case body and partitioning the inflow passage and the outflow passage; and a plurality of inflows provided on the peripheral wall of the impeller case excluding the portion facing the inflow port and communicating with the inflow passage. a nozzle, one or more outflow nozzles that are also provided on the peripheral wall of the impeller case and communicate with the outflow passage, and fluid pressure that is rotatably supported inside the impeller case and jets out from each of the inflow nozzles.
