Claims (1)
配列し、これらのノズルヘッダーに配備したノズルから
高速高温気体を噴射するフローティングノズル装置にお
いて、ノズルを均一に配備した主たるノズルヘッダーと
、ノズルを被加熱材料の温度分布に対応させて不均一に
配備した熱伝達率調節用のノズルヘッダーとを適宜に組
み合わせたことを特徴とするフローティングノズル装置
