Claims (1)
定のパツキンプレートに、弧状の第１及び第２ブレーキ
シユーと、これら両ブレーキシューの一端間に位置して
両ブレーキシューの一端を受止する固定のアンカ一部材
と、両ブレーキシューの他端間に位置して両ブレーキシ
ューの他端を離反動作させて両ブレーキシューをブレー
キドラムの内周面に圧接さする液圧作動のホイルシリン
ダとを装着し゛たドラムブレーキにおいて、前記両ブレ
ーキシューの他端近傍部間に、前記第１ブレーキシユー
と当接させた回転不可能な第１ストラット部材と、前記
第２ブレーキシユー＆千常に追従する如く連結した回転
不可能な第２ストラット部材と、第１ストラット部材に
対し回転自在であるが離反不可能に連結するとともに第
２ストラット部材にねじ係合させた回転自在な第３スト
ラット部材とで構成したストラット組立体を架装し、こ
のストラット組立体の第３ストラット部材にラチェット
ホイルを設けるとともにこのラチェットホイルと係合す
るポールを有した調節レバーを前記第１ストラット部材
に枢着してこの調節レバーの一方向への回動により前記
第３ストラット部材が一方向へ回転して前記ストラット
組立体が伸長するように構成し、前記調節レバーを前記
一方向へ回動させる第１引張りスプリングを前記調節レ
バーと前記第１ブレーキシュー間に張設する一方、前記
調節レバーと前記第１ブレーキシユーとを、前記第１ブ
レーキシユーと前記第１ストラット部材の離反動作によ
り前記調節レバーが他方向へ回動し且つ前記第１引張り
スプリングが前記第１ストラット部材と前記第１ブレー
キシユーとを互に引きつけさせる働きをするように当接
させ、この第１引張りスプリングと前記両ブレーキシュ
ーの一端近傍部間に張設した第２引張りスプリングの２
者のみで前記両プレーキシ斗−の復帰動作を行なわせる
ようにしてなるシュー間隙自動調節装置 ′付きド
